Made with 'Glera' grape, carefully selecting the grapes that give a better structure and acidity, we obtain a dry quality 'spumante'. After a maturation in vats it is then bottled in the month of May the in-bottle fermentation is carried out horizontally for a period of yeast refinement for a time that varies from 12 to 24 months according to the vintage. In order to have the maximum expression the topping up is at zero dose (without liqueur d’expedition) giving the wine an original and true flavour. It has a clear bouquet of bread crust with hints of fresh fruit and balsamic notes. The dry taste with its fine and persistent perlage adds to the wine the value of our land.
